Our approach to developing a strong brand evolves through four phases.
PHASE 1: We begin with an in-depth study of the client’s history and background and combine that with thorough research and analysis of their competition. We then interpret those findings and summarize our results for the client to ensure a strong foundational starting point.
PHASE 2: The results and action items from Phase 1 summary are used as the foundation for marketing planning. Our strategic approach defines and develops succinct product positioning, unique brand personality and explores potential marketing strategies. The deliverable is a comprehensive marketing strategy that will act as a roadmap for all future marketing initiatives.
PHASE 3: Here is where tangible results begin to surface. The brand name and company identity have been established and sales and marketing materials are under development. Creative implementation is the culmination of both phase 1 and 2.
PHASE 4: Finally, the most important step: the evaluation of client's brand — is it achieving its purpose? Our final research and analysis will yield findings that either confirm our brand strategy was on target, or lead us to adjust our strategy to further refine and enhance the brand.
